


Day 1: Arrival Nairobi – Mount Kenya
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi, you will be met after clearing with immigrations formalities and briefed about your safari.
Later, drive to Mount Kenya Safari Club, arriving in time for lunch. The Mount Kenya Safari Club is nestled in the foothills of snow-capped Mount Kenya. The club has over the years attracted legions of internationally renowned members and guests from the world of politics, film and theatre. Sir Winston Churchill and Lord Mountbatten were members, and enjoyed sojourns at the club.
Pay a visit (on your account) to the animal orphanage operated by the William Holden Wildlife Foundation. Here wildlife foundlings are raised with great care and many are quite tame. It is an opportunity to get close to some wild creatures that despite a struggle have managed to survive.
With the afternoon at leisure, enjoy your exceptional surroundings and the many available activities.

Day 2: Mount Kenya to Samburu
After breakfast, check-out from your Hotel and drive to Samburu.
You will reach your lodge on the banks of the Uaso Nyiro River in the arid heart of Samburu National Reserve.
Your lodge overlooks riverbanks where herds of elephant, buffalo and zebra come daily to drink. The Reserve has its own indigenous wildlife unique to the region including the gerenuk, Somali ostrich and the endangered grevy’s zebra.
Enjoy an afternoon game drive returning to the lodge at sunset.
Overnight at Samburu .
Day 3 Full day of game-viewing!
The day is spent at the lodge, with morning and afternoon games drives. The reserve is part of the Samburu ecosystem, comprising of three wildlife rich reserves. It is home to the colourful Samburu people, who are close relatives of the Masai, plus the Somali and Rendile tribes.
Overnight at Samburu.
Day 4: Samburu - Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. Lake Nakuru National Park is regarded by avid birders' as the greatest World ornithological spectacle on the Earth. The Park is famous for its millions of pink flamingoes lining on the lake shore, arriving in the afternoon at Lake Nakuru.
After your lunch a spectacular afternoon game run is planned. The park is a Sanctuary to the Black Rhino, White Rhino and the Rothschild Giraffe. Bird life include common species like the lesser and Greater Flamingoes, African fish Eagle, Tawny Eagle, Green Wood Hoopoes, Cliff Chat, Great White and Pink Backed Pelicans plus other intra- African Migrants.
Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru.
Day 5: Lake Nakuru – Mara
After breakfast, proceed to the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve via the Great Rift Valley. En route enjoy the beautiful scenery.
Arrive in time for lunch and check in at the lodge.
In the afternoon, enjoy an enthralling game-viewing drive. Spotting lions, cheetahs and other spectacular predators is the highlight of your day (if luck is on your side).
This evening, enjoy a sumptuous dinner at your lodge.
Dinner and Overnight at Mara.
Day 6: Full day of game-viewing!
After breakfast, proceed on a full-day game-viewing drive to search for the myriad species of game that make this reserve their home. If you are lucky, you can witness the kill in action, moment by moment, right in front of your unbelieving eyes!
After a sumptuous lunch at your lodge, proceed for another exciting game drive, where you can expect to see the famous 'Big 5'.
In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at your lodge.

Day 7: Full day of game-viewing
After breakfast enjoy morning and evening game drives
All meals and Overnight at Mara.
Day 8: Mara - Depart
After breakfast, drive to Nairobi and arrive in time for lunch.
Later, enjoy a city tour and last minute shopping (if time allows) before being transferred to the Airport for your departure flight back home 3hrs prior to flight departure time.
