Day 1: Arrival at Guwhati Airport and Transfer to Kaziranga (185 km / 5 hrs)

On arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station, you will be met by our representative / driver and transfer to the hotel in Kaziranga. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and the rest of the evening is free at leisure.

Day 2: Safari in Kaziranga

Early morning, proceed for elephant / jeep safari in the core/buffer zone. Apart from world's endangered One-horned Rhinoceros, the Park is home to wild water buffaloes, wild elephants and tigers. It is also a bird watcher's paradise and home to hundreds of species of birds.

After the safari, return to the hotel for breakfast. In the afternoon embark on another jeep safari at one of the zones in the National Park.

Day 3: Kaziranga to Shillong (225 / 6 hrs)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Shillong. On arrival check-in at the hotel and the rest of the evening is free at leisure.

Day 4: Shillong Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed to the local sightseeing covering: the Shillong Peak, Elephant Falls, Don Bosco Museum, Ward’s Lake, Botanical Garden and Lady Hydri Park. Later return to the hotel and the rest of the evening is free at leisure.

Day 5: Shillong to Cherrapunjee (55 km / 2 hrs)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Cherrapunjee. en-route visit the famed Nohsngithiang Falls, Nohkalikai waterfall. You can also explore some of the caves in and around Cherrapunjee. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and the rest of the evening is free at leisure.

Day 6: Cherrapunjee Sightseeing & Excursion to Mawlynnong Village (80 km / 3 hrs – one way)

After breakfast, proceed for full day sightseeing covering the living root bridge and the natural phenomenon of a boulder balancing itself on another rock at the Khasi Monoliths. Later visit Mawlynnong – the cleanest village in India.

Day 7: Cherrapunjee to Guwahati (150 km / 5 hrs)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Guwahati. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. In the afternoon proceed to visit Kamakhya Temple and later in the evening proceed for Brahmaputra River Cruise.

Day 6: Departure from Guwahati Airport

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Guwahati Airport for your onward journey.
