Day 1: Arrival at Bagdogra Airport and transfer to Gangtok

On arrival at Bagdogra Airport, you will be met by our representative and start your transfer trip to Gangtok (120 kilometres / 4 hours). Check in to your hotel. Evening is free at leisure. You can stroll on the M.G. Road (Mall) to get your first feel of the hills. Overnight at Gangtok.

Day 2: Excursion to Tsongmo Lake & Baba Mandir (Full Day)

After breakfast at hotel start on an excursion to Tsongmo Lake & Baba Mandir (40 kilometres / 2 hours). Situated at an elevation of 3753 m / 12310 feet – the oval shaped lake is nearly 50 feet deep and generally covered in snow for most of the year. Continue your drive to reach the sacred Baba Mandir. Return to Gangtok in the evening for overnight stay.                      OPTIONAL ADD ON TOUR : NATHULA PASS

Day 3: Gangtok Sightseeing (Full Day)

After breakfast, visit Enchey Monastery, Barthang waterfalls, Nam Nang view point, Ropeway, Flower Show, Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom, Research Institute of Tibetology & Do Drul Chorten (Stupa). Overnight at Gangtok.

Day 4: Transfer to Pelling

After breakfast, drive to Pelling (120 kilometres / 4 and a half hours). Pelling is situated at an elevation of 6800 feet / 2072 meters. On a clear day, guests can get a clear view of Himalayan range with snow capped mount Pandim, Kumbhakarna, Rathong, Kanchenjunga, Zopuno, Shimbho, Narsing, Sinolchu.

After check in, have the rest of the day free at leisure, to stroll around the picturesque town. Overnight at Pelling

Day 5: Sightseeing at Pelling (Full Day)

After breakfast, visit are Rimbi waterfalls, Rimbi Rock Garden, Kechopalri Lake, Kechopalri Monastery, Kanchenjunga water Falls, Rabdentse Ruins & Kanchenjunga View point. Return to the hotel in the evening and explore the local markets at leisure. Overnight at Pelling.

Day 6: Transfer to Darjeeling

After breakfast, drive to Darjeeling (110 kilometres / 4 hours). Situated at an elevation of 2123 metres / 7000 feet is the colonial town of breathtaking beauty, sloping tea gardens with spectacular views of the mountain ranges. Check in to the hotel and have the rest of the day to stroll on the Mall and explore the local markets for souvenirs and not to forget the famous Darjeeling Tea. Overnight at Darjeeling.

Day 7:  Darjeeling Sunrise from Tiger Hill & Local Sightseeing (Half Day)

Early morning, at around 3:45 a.m, drive through the forests of oak, magnolia to Tiger Hill (8000 feet / 2440 m) to view sunrise over Kanchenjunga Peak (subject to clear weather). On the way back to the hotel visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace Pagoda & Batasia Loop.

After breakfast, half-day city tour includes Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tensing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (Closed on Sunday), Tea Estate, Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed). Overnight at Darjeeling.

Day 8: Transfer to Kurseong & Kurseong local sightseeing

After breakfast, go for a joyride on the UNESCO Heritage, Darjeeling Toy Train, which takes you on a mesmerising trip to Ghoom and back. 

Later, check out and proceed to Kurseong (30 kilometres / 1 and a half hours). Check in to the historic Cochrane Place Hotel, which is surrounded by the renowned tea gardens like Makaibari, Castleton & Ambootia. 

You can opt for a visit to the tea factory or a walk in the tea gardens. Overnight at Kurseong.

Day 9 : Departure

After a hearty breakfast, proceed to Bagdogra Airport for your departure flight (40 kilometres / 1 and a half hours).
