


DAY1: ROME - ARRIVAL
Upon arrival at the Airport in Rome, you will be met and assisted by our representative and transferred to the Hotel.
Overnight at the Hotel in Rome.
DAY2: ROME
After breakfast at the hotel head for a Hop on hop off Panoramic Tour - The easy way to discover Rome!
Board double-decker buses to visit the most important place of the Eternal City. The buses drive by the city’s most important monuments. You’ll find them at all 10 stops of the bus route from 9.00 Am to 8.00 Pm, seven days a week. Get on and off when and wherever you like. On board, a very informative audio guide will help you to understand the incredible history and the splendor of art that make Rome a unique city. The ticket is valid for one day.

DAY3: ROME
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel
Later head for an exclusive cooking lesson and grocery tour(EXCEPT ON SUNDAYS). Experience a mix of leisure and lifestyle, exploring markets and small grocery shops. Learn how to make handmade pasta enjoying a typical Italian lunch in an amazing location. The chef invites you to live an unforgettable experience off the beaten path.
First, you’ll be taken on a nice visit of the enchanting places where Romans love to get groceries, a real experience in the heart of the city.
Your cooking class will take place in an unique location. At the end of the lesson, you’ll taste what you prepared and will cheers with Italian wine from a higher point of view.
Afternoon: Free time at leisure. Overnight at the Hotel.
DAY4: NAPLES
After your breakfast, you will be transferred from Rome to Termini Railway Station.
Board the Train to Naples (2nd CLASS Ticket, high speed). Transfer from Naples Railway Station to the Hotel.
Afternoon: proceed for an excursion which is composed by the visit of three different areas:
Monumental Naples (walking) passing trough Piazza del Plebescito, Umberto I Gallery, the Royal Palace, San Carlo theatre and the New Castle.
Then you'll visit the most famous spot of Panoramic Naples (by bus): via Caracciolo, Mergellina and Posillipo.
To discover the last part, Historical Naples once again you will walk into the famous street called "Spaccanapoli" visiting the churches of Gesù Nuovo and Santa Chiara. Overnight at the Hotel.
DAY5: NAPLES
Today depart for the full day excursion. Visit of the ruins of “Pompei”, buried by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 A.D. and brought back to light nearly intact.
The tour will show you something of the lifestyle of the ancient inhabitants of the Town.
Stop in a local fabric to look at the productive process of Cameos and Corals.
Guided tour of vineyards to the slopes of Mount Vesuvius, a stroll through the scents and flavors of the Campania Ars Vinearia.
Afterwards, Mediterranean lunch accompanied by Falanghina, Lacryma Christi, Agnianico and many other wines. Return to the hotel. Overnight at Naples.
DAY6: FLORENCE
After breakfast you will be transferred from Naples to Garibaldi Railway Station.
Board the high-speed train to Florence (2nd CLASS).
On arrival to Florence you will be transferred from Santa Maria Novella Railway Station to the Hotel.
Afternoon: WALKING TOUR WITH APERITIF - Have you ever wondered why Florence was the birthplace of the Renaissance? An excellent and complete introductory tour dedicated to those who want to know all the facts and secrets of two thousand years of Florentine history, from the city’s Roman origins to a 15th century palace, from the Ponte Vecchio, through the famous Uffizi courtyard, to the amazing Brunelleschi’s Dome which overlooks the Baptistery’s golden “Gates of Paradise”.
Allow yourself a close encounter with this fascinating city, understanding and appreciating the background and context, its importance in history, thanks to the professionalism of our expert guides.
At the end of the tour you will be offered an “aperitivo” (drinks and snacks) in a unique location close to the Duomo. Overnight at the Hotel.
DAY7: FLORENCE
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Free time at leisure.
Afternoon: Go learn to make Pizza and Gelato just like the Italians do! Our chefs will be happy to introduce you to the history of these Italian glorious creations!
Make pizza in oven with our professional pizza chef, called pizzaiolo. You will learn how to make tender, flexible yeast dough that stretches to almost paperthinness, and even the trick for a flavorful yet light tomato sauce.
Even if you bake pizza in your own oven, these techniques are universal and using them really makes a difference.
After pizza , it's time for Gelato. You will get to know the basic raw ingredients and you will have a presentation and tasting of some of the flavors used in gelato making.
This activity is strongly recommended for families that wish to have children learn about the Italian culture, an easy and fun experience that will last forever in their memory.
At the end of the tour you'll enjoy nice dinner with wine tasting and you'll get a graduation certificate and a recipes booklet.
Return to your Hotel. Overnight in Florence.
DAY8: FLORENCE
Today head for a full day excursion to discover the beautiful villages of Chianti, Siena and San Gimignano.
The first stop is at San Gimignano, a magnificent example of a Medieval urban centre, UNESCO world heritage site. Here you will have free time to visit the village and its splendid squares, palaces, churches and the magnificent towers.
The tour continues to the splendid area of the Chianti Classico. Stop by a typical Tuscan winery where you will visit the cellars and vineyards.
Afterwards you will taste the wine produced, which will be accompanied by a delicious Tuscan lunch.
In the afternoon to Siena for a guided walking tour of the city centre with the famous Cathedral and Piazza del Campo, scenery of the world famous Palio race.
The tour will end with the visit to the marvelous Monteriggioni fortress.
Return to Florence. Overnight in Florence.
DAY9: FLORENCE
Breakfast at the hotel. Then you will be transferred from hotel to the Florence Airport for your departure flight.
