Day 1: Arrival at Dooars

On arrival at NJP / New Mal Jn / Bagdogra Airport you will be transferred to the resort.

After lunch, spend the day at leisure. Overnight at your resort.

Day 2: Jungle Jeep Safari at Gorumara National Park

After an early breakfast, embark on a Jungle Jeep Safari at the Gorumara National Park. 

Later, return to the resort for lunch. Evening is free for leisure at the resort, followed by dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Half-Day sightseeing tour to Lava

After an early breakfast, start for a half day sightseeing tour to Lava, situated at an elevation of 7,016 feet. The route to Lava is scenic with the change in vegetation from tropical deciduous to the wet alpine trees. A Buddhist monastery is present on one of the hills of Lava. Notable sites include Changey Waterfalls and Lava Jamgyong Kongtrul Monastery.

Return to the resort in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer to Darjeeling

After breakfast, drive to Darjeeling (104 kms / 3½ hrs). Situated at an elevation of 2123 m / 7000 ft is the colonial town of breathtaking beauty, sloping tea gardens with spectacular views of the mountain ranges.

Check in to the hotel and have the rest of the day to stroll on the Mall and explore the local markets for souvenirs and not to forget the famous Darjeeling Tea. Overnight at Darjeeling.

Day 5: Darjeeling Sunrise from Tiger Hill & Local Sightseeing

Early morning at around 3:45 a.m drive through the forests of oak, magnolia to Tiger Hill (8000 ft / 2440 m) to view sunrise over Kanchenjunga Peak (subject to clear weather).

On the way back to the hotel visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace Pagoda & Batasia Loop.

After breakfast half day city tour includes Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tensing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (Closed on Sunday), Tea Estate, Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed). Overnight at Darjeeling.

Day 6: Departure

After a sumptuous breakfast, check out from the resort and proceed to Bagdogra / NJP Railway Station for your departure flight.
