Cochin (1N) + Munnar (2N) + Thekkady (1N) + Alleppey (1N) 

Day 1: Arrival at Cochin Airport / Railway station

On arrival at Cochin Airport, you will be met by our driver / representative and transferred to the hotel. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and rest of the day at leisure to explore the city and spice markets of Kochi (Cochin).

Day 2: Cochin to Munnar (130 km / 4 hrs)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Munnar (En-route visit Athirapally waterfalls - depending on the season you are travelling). Munnar a picturesque hill station known for its tea plantations. On the way you can stop at Cheeyappara and Valara waterfalls. On arrival in Munnar, check-in at the hotel and relax for a while. Later, visit the TATA Tea Museum to learn about the history and process of tea production. You also have the option to visit the Blossom International Park (Park time: 9 am - 7 pm) and explore the local markets.

Day 3: Munnar sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed to visit Eravikulam (Rajamalai) National Park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Enjoy a short trek inside the park and witness the breath-taking views of the surrounding hills. Later, take a stroll through the tea gardens and visit the Mattupetty (Metaputty) Dam, Eco point, Kundala Lake and Top station viewpoints.

Day 4: Munnar to Thekkady (100 km / 3 hrs)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Thekkady. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and proceed to visit Kumily, Tribal Museum, Mangala Devi Temple, Periyar Interpretation Centre. Later, you can take a boat ride on Periyar Lake in Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Spot wildlife, including elephants, deer and numerous bird species.

Note: Entry to Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary gets closed by 05:00 pm.

Thekkady sightseeing: Abraham’s Spice Garden, Green Park Spice Plantations, Elephant Junction and boat ride on Periyar Lake in Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary and in the evening, proceed for ‘Kathakali’ and ‘Kalarippayattu’ show at Yodha Cultural Village .

Day 5: Thekkady to Alleppey (130 km / 4 hrs)

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Alleppey, an exotic backwater destination with spectacular beaches in the vicinity. On arrival, check-in at the Alleppey houseboat. The day is spent cruising slowly on the backwaters of Alleppey. You may also disembark from the houseboat for shore visits to some spectacular beaches in proximity. Return to the houseboat for a memorable night stay on the backwaters.

Day 6: Transfer to Cochin for Departure

After breakfast, check-out from the houseboat and proceed to Cochin Airport for your onward journey.
